Adventure Divers & Activity center is the premier scuba diving school in Murcia and based in the famous 5 star resort of La Manga Club , in the province of Murcia, in the Costa Calida area, South East Spain. south of Los Alcazares, Los Narejos, Los Belones and only 30 minutes south of Torrevieja and 1 hour from Alicante. Closest large town is Cartagena just 15 minutes west of la manga.

Adventure Divers is owned & operated by Neil George who is a PADI Master Scuba Diving Instructor who acquired the dive center in 2003.

We are a PADI and BSAC Dive Resort Center with friendly staff who are on hand to help you in any way they can and we pride ourselves on level of personal service we provide. Safety and enjoyment is our main aim and our groups are small and personal, friendly and fun!!!

Adventure Divers & Activity Center offers its clients a complete range of PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) introductory courses from complete beginner such as discover scuba diving and open water diver to Divemaster level , for both adults and children where you can experience the underwater world under the close supervision of a qualified and highly experienced PADI diving instructor.

We also escort experienced divers on a variety of fantastic dive sites in and around Spain’s BEST diving destination the “Islas hormigas marine park” just minutes form Cabo de Palos marina and can include shore, boat and wreck dives!

 

Neil George. the Owner is originally from  Hertfordshire Uk & is a qualified & experienced PADI and SSI Master Scuba Diver Trainer Instructor . He has  20 years experience, with 6 Specialties in Deep diving, Wreck, Nitrox, Digital photography, Multi level & Naturalist dives & has vast teaching experience of all levels & ages. He has taught over 500 students and has over 5,000 dives across the globe. Neil has explored the coast of Murcia and found new and exciting sites to dive and knows the dive sites extensively.

He is also a RYA Day and Coastal skipper , powerboat captain and has a STCW  certification for working on large yachts and sailed across the atlantic 2 times. He is also a Scubapro technician. He has worked as an instructor in Australia, Egypt, Costa Rica, Cayman Islands, the british Virgin Islands, Turks and caicos and St Maarten dutch Caribbean and Tenerife.

Neil has a BTEC national diploma in Leisure management and experience of running leisure facilities in the UK. He is also a PFI Advanced free diver to depths of 40 meters & a qualified technical Nitrox diver & likes to dive the deep wrecks in this area of Spain. His favorite dive site is Bajo de Dentro in the Islas Hormigas Marine Reserve.

 

 

Laura  Quijano, the Dive and Activity center Manageress is from Madrid.  She is a qualified SSI Instructor and PADI Divemaster with over 1000 dives. She has 10 years experience guiding and assisting divers in all their needs. She has traveled and worked in Cambodia, Thailand, St Maarten, turks ans caicos, Tenerife and Cayman Islands. She is very patient and love to work with kids! She speaks Spanish, English and a basic level of French. Laura’s favourite site is Bajo de fuera and she loves nudibrach!

 

 

Adventure Divers offers its clients a complete range of PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) diver training courses from beginner up to Divemaster level, including various advanced speciality courses, refresher and children’s courses starting from as young as 8 years old (see our courses section).

We also escort experienced divers on a variety of recommended dive sites and hire scuba equipment to those who are qualified.
